DACAPO This tool performs calculations for Local Density Approximation (LDA) and Generalized Gradient Approximation (GGA) exchange-correlations potentials as well as various molecular dynamics calculations.
DREAM3D DREAM3D allows the user to reconstruct and analyze 3D microstructures from a variety of sources including EBSD data (TSL & Oxford Instruments) and synthetically generated sources. In addition DREAM3D allows the user to create statistically equivalent microstructures using data from real world materials or through user generated statistics. Reconstructed volumes can be visualized by using third party applications such as ParaView or VSG Avizo Fire.
DYNA3D Program for structural/continuum mechanics problems that uses small time steps to integrate the equations of motion. DYNA3D is also efficient in solving transient dynamic problems and its material library includes all kinds of material shapes and mechanical properties.
EMMPM Workbench EMMPM Workbench allows the user to segment micrographs into discrete regions using the Expectation Maximization/Maximization of Posterior Marginals (EM/MPM) algorithm which is itself an implementation of the Ising model. EMMPM Workbench can segment individual images or process an entire directory of images.
